There isn’t …

What is the right way to say?
\\\\\\\
\\\\\\\

- … ЕСТЬ БУФЕТ?

- НЕТ, … НЕТ БУФЕТА.

  1. ЭТОТ ЭТАЖ
  2. С ЭТОГО ЭТАЖА
  3. У ЭТОГО ЭТАЖА
  4. НА ЭТОМ ЭТАЖЕ
  5. НА ЭТОТ ЭТАЖ
  6. С ЭТИМ ЭТАЖОМ

Not sure?

\\\\\\\

- На этом этаже есть буфет?

- Нет, на этом этаже нет буфета.

ГДЕ (№6 – место!) ЕСТЬ ЧТО (№1)

ГДЕ (№6 – место!) НЕТ ЧЕГО (№2)

If we need to express the idea ‘there is something somewhere’/ ‘there isn’t anything somewhere’, we use the model “где (№6) есть что (№1)” / “где (№6) нет чего (№2)” that is very similar to the model denoting possession “у кого (№2) есть что (№1)”/ “у кого (№2) нет чего (№2)” (somebody has something / somebody doesn’t have anything). The only difference between these models in Russian is the form of the first word. If it’s a person (Subject of possession), it takes the form of Genitive case (падеж №2), and if it’s a place, it takes the form of Prepositional (падеж №6).

\\\\\\\

Этот этаж is a place, so, it should be in Prepositional. The Prepositional form of этот этаж is на этом этаже.
